Terms and Conditions for Xbox 360 Rock Band Casting Opportunity

1. The opportunity to appear in the forthcoming Xbox 360 Rock Band TV commercial (the "Opportunity") is open to UK, French and German residents only and is open from Wednesday 24th April 2008 until Sunday 27th April 2008.

2. To enter, individuals' must add themselves as a friend to the Xbox account on either MySpace or Bebo (the "Websites"), change their profile picture to one displaying their best rock pose and post a comment on the Xbox account thread as to why they should be put forward to the casting director.

3. At the closing date, the judges (to include one independent member) will then select 20 of the best rock poses and forward them to the casting director for consideration.

4. The casting director may at his discretion select one or more individuals to come to London for a casting session on or around Tuesday 29th April 2008 and if those individuals are acceptable to him they will be filmed for the commercial, notwithstanding anything to the contrary the director is not bound to pick any individual should they be deemed not to be suitable. In all instances entrants will be judged on their ability to look like a rock star.

5. Entrants must be available for the casting on or around Tuesday 29th April 2008 in London and for the filming of the TV commercial which will take place on or around Wednesday 7th and Thursday 8th of May 2008. Entrants are responsible for bearing the costs of transport to and from the casting and subsequent filming and all associated costs of subsistence.

6. Entrants hereby consent to Microsoft and the casting director viewing their personal data as listed on the Websites for the purposes of making a decision in relation to this opportunity.

7. If selected for inclusion in the TV commercial, entrants hereby acknowledge that Microsoft and its affiliates will own all intellectual property rights in any still and/or recorded images of entrants, and shall be entitled to exploit the same in any medium it sees fit or for any purpose in connection with the promotion of Rock Band for a 12 month period from the closing date of this Opportunity.

8. Microsoft reserves the right to withdraw the Opportunity at any time.
